User and Persona

Persona  Many times companies will design a website that they like, with navigation that makes sense to them, and their employees. Without careful consideration of the intended user and how they may interpret the links and content, your site may turn into a hit and bounce. You have 6 seconds to capture a user and have them engage in your site, what are you doing to grab their interest?

The user experience is a crucial factor when creating pages of content and arranging the order for navigation. Do the links make sense to an organic user? Is the site easily navigated? Do users land on the site then leave in frustration?

Tools for  User Testing are found at Guided Advantage. Have you considered creating a Persona to investigate how your audiance would navigate the site and what relevant content they expect to find? Testing link naming, content placement, page order are all things that you need to consider. Find out  how the market would navigate using inexpensive Wireframe mock-ups.

These tools and more allow you to setup a website saving time and money upfront instead paying for changes after coding and development are done.
